SRTS (Service Request Tracking System)

SRTS (Service Request Tracking System) helps service engineers who are on the field to be well connected with their customer support department at any time. This is developed based on our iPhone and Blackberry Application Framework to demonstrate our custom framework capabilities.

This application provides the following features to the field engineers

• Provides a categorized view for the service requests based on the engineer's location.
• Allows the engineer to change the request status while on the move.
• Helps the engineer to locate the customer's address using Google maps.
• Built on web services layer, and can be easily integrated with any third party solution as well.
