The BlackBerry Chart Framework allows you to visually represent any enterprise data on your BlackBerry device with less integration efforts. This is a web services aware framework to integrate any data source in the form of XML or JSON. This framework uses a third party charting tool to plot the charts.
The framework enables you to easily integrate the charts with their enterprise data source. The framework provides the infrastructural support such as connectivity, security, and data binding on top of the RChart API, which is a third-party chart framework for J2ME.
The framework supports
Displays the resource allocated under each division (RMG, Billable and Non-Billable).
Displays the cost incurred by two products Product A and Product B, by considering factors such as R&D, Distribution, Marketing, and Others.
Displays the last 6 Sales statistics for the year 2007.
Displays the number of room reservations made during a particular week in the month of May, with a fixed profit boundary of Hotel ABC.
Displays statistics of a server's performance with respect to time taken to load a page.
Displays a comparative chart for the Previous and last price for 3 company symbols AAPL, IBM, and RIMM.This chart gets updated as and when the price value changes.
